BetKeep is a personal record-keeping and analytics tool that allows users to enter and review information about their own betting activity, bankroll, results, and statistics.

BetKeep is not a bookmaker. It does not accept, place, or facilitate bets; process wagering payments; provide odds; or offer betting predictions. Information shown in the app is for personal tracking and informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You may use BetKeep only if you are legally allowed to use betting-related record-keeping tools in your location and are old enough to do so under applicable law.

You are responsible for complying with laws and rules that apply to you. The availability of a personal tracking tool does not make betting lawful in any location.

4. Responsible and permitted use

You agree to use BetKeep only for lawful personal purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the app, website, or related systems.

Past results and personal statistics do not guarantee future outcomes. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and for seeking appropriate help if betting negatively affects you.

5. Information you enter

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter into BetKeep. You should keep any device, backup, and account credentials secure.

BetKeep is designed as a personal tracking tool. You remain responsible for preserving your own records and exports where available.

6. Changes, availability, and subscriptions

We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of BetKeep. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

BetKeep is planned to offer a 7-day free trial followed by a paid auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store subscription system. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by Apple and the App Store terms shown at purchase.

If a subscription is not active, BetKeep may allow viewing or exporting existing data while limiting actions such as adding, editing, or importing records.

7. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, BetKeep and the website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.

BetKeep does not provide financial, legal, or gambling advice and does not promise profit, improved betting results, or any particular outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from use of BetKeep or the website.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or limit access to BetKeep if required by law, platform rules, security concerns, or misuse of the app or website. You may stop using BetKeep at any time.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are intended to be governed by applicable law in Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
