1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Oleksandr Illarionov ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with BetKeep and this website.

BetKeep is a personal bet-tracking tool. It is not a bookmaker, does not accept or place bets, does not process wagering payments, and does not provide betting predictions.

2. Information in the BetKeep app

BetKeep is designed to store your betting journal, bankroll records, notes, and related app data on your device. The first release is planned for iPhone only.

An account is planned for access to the free trial and paid subscription features. Sync may be added in the future, but it is not part of the first planned website description.

3. Support requests

If you choose to contact us through the support form, you provide the information included in your request, such as your name, email address, subject, and message. We use that information to review and respond to your request.

The support form is hosted through the website hosting provider. A dedicated support email may be added before App Store launch.

4. Service providers and third parties

The website is planned to be hosted with Netlify. Netlify may process technical information needed to host the website and handle submitted support forms.

BetKeep subscriptions and the free trial are planned to be handled through Apple's App Store subscription system. Sign in with Apple is also planned as an account option. We do not currently plan to use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs in the first release.

5. Data retention

App data stored on your device remains there until you delete it, delete the app, or otherwise manage it through available device or app controls.

Support requests may be retained for as long as needed to respond to the request, maintain records of support communication, and protect the service from abuse.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the information we handle, you may have rights relating to your personal information. You can contact us using the support form to ask a privacy question or make a request.

7. Children's privacy

BetKeep is not intended for children or for anyone below the legal age required to use betting-related tools in their location.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when BetKeep, the website, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page should be updated when a revised policy is published.
